Shipping and Returns


We charge a flat rate of £5 for tracked shipping within Britain, and £12 for the rest of the World. Orders are shipped the same day where possible or the next working day at the latest. 

We re-use where possible and no longer include postage and returns forms with our orders to reduce our impact on the environment. 

Returning For A Refund

We want you to be happy with your purchase, if you are not, you have 30 days within which you can return your item for a full refund. Your item must be returned to us in un-worn, new condition, complete with its original packaging. 

The returned product must be accompanied by a note stating your order number, the items you are returning, the reasons you are returning them and the remedy you would prefer (refund or replacement) in each case. We recommend that you keep your proof of shipping, when returning an item, or use a tracked service.

Once received, please allow 7 working days for the processing of your refund or exchange. 

If you are returning from outside the EU, please ensure you clearly mark the outside of the package with the wording "Returned Goods - Failed Sale" and note your original order number on the outside of the package. Please also mark this clearly on the customs declaration (CN22 and/ or CN23). Failure to do so could result in the parcel being refused access into the UK and being returned to sender.


We no longer offer exchanges. 

Return Shipping

If the item you receive is faulty we will refund you the cost of any return postage. If returning an item for an exchange or a refund, the customer is responsible for the return postage. We strongly advise you to use a trackable service for your returns. We cannot be held responsible for lost returned parcels.

If within 6 months of your purchase, you experience a problem with your garment (beyond the normal wear associated with the cycling that you have been doing), please contact us and we will either repair or replace your item, or offer you a refund if you prefer.
